Spicy Finger Millet (Ragi) Kuzhipaniyaram

Description

Ragi Spicy Kuzhipaniyaram is a delightful South Indian snack made with the wholesome goodness of ragi (finger millet) and a medley of spices. Packed with nutrients, ragi is a powerhouse of calcium, iron, and dietary fiber, making this dish not only delicious but also highly nutritious. The batter, typically prepared with fermented ragi flour and rice, is seasoned with finely chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and grated carrots for added texture and flavor. Cooked in a special kuzhipaniyaram pan, these bite-sized morsels are crispy on the outside and soft inside. Ideal as a breakfast, snack, or even a light dinner option, Ragi Spicy Kuzhipaniyaram pairs wonderfully with coconut chutney or spicy tomato chutney, offering a perfect balance of taste and health.
