Instructions

  1. First upon heat oil in a pan and then add finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped green chilies. Sauté them for a minute.

  2. Now add all the finely chopped vegetables; cabbage, green peas, red bell peppers, green capsicum, French beans and sweet corn. Cook for 2 minutes, do not over cook them.

  3. Now add hot water and let it simmer on medium heat till it gets 3-4 boils.

  4. In a separate bowl add the ragi flour along with water and mix until smooth.

  5. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chili fakes and the ragi flour mixture in the soup and mix well. Let it simmer on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

  6. Lastly add jaggery, lemon juice and spring onions. Mix very well.

  7. Now our Ragi Soup is ready for serve. Serve hot and enjoy this winter season.
