“ As a former Dean of a Medical College, I approach food and nutrition with both curiosity and caution. Having personally tasted the offerings at Fresh Start Wellness Café, I was genuinely impressed by the quality, freshness, and balance of their meals. The food reflects a clear understanding of nutrition while remaining flavorful and satisfying.
What stood out to me was how seamlessly health and taste were combined. The café’s thoughtful ingredient choices and mindful preparation make healthy eating not just advisable, but enjoyable. It is an encouraging example of wellness-focused food done right.”

Diacare Project: In the Public EyeShop with Purpose
Every Purchase Brings Hope to a Type 1 Diabetic Warrior Child
India’s First Millet-Based Nutrition Initiative for Children Battling Type 1 Diabetes
Most children wake up to school bells.
Some wake up to needles.
A Type 1 Diabetic Warrior Child takes up to five insulin injections a day just to survive. Meals are measured. Celebrations are calculated. And every parent carries the quiet question, “Did we do enough today?”
Without proper nutrition and consistent care, these young lives remain fragile. Yet they smile. They fight. They trust us.
To stand beside these families, The Fresh Start Wellness Cafe, along with Y2K Tots Foundation (serving children since 2000), has launched India’s first millet-based therapeutic nutrition project exclusively for Type 1 Diabetic Warrior Children.
This is more than a nutrition initiative — it is a movement of hope.
A percentage of profit from every product purchased from The Fresh Start Wellness Cafe is dedicated to providing therapeutic millet nutrition to Type 1 Diabetic Warrior Children across India.
Every purchase becomes a lifeline — bringing carefully formulated millet nutrition to children who need strength beyond medicine.
Our mission is to reach over 9 lakh warrior children and ease the emotional and financial burden their families carry each day.
When you shop, you nourish a child.
You comfort a mother.
You stand beside a father.
You remind a family, “You are not alone.”
Because no child’s life should be counted in injections.
And no parent should fight this battle alone
