Take warm milk in one bowl, Add the sugar stir the continually till the sugar dissolves, now add the yeast and stir
Keep aside for 10 minutes or till the yeast bubbles up and froths.
While the proofing is happening, sieve the flour with salt. Add the oil to the flour and mix well it, Now add the yeast mixture and mix well it.
Now use your hands and knead the dough. the dough has to be smooth and light. grease the dough with oil. Keep in a large bowl and cover loosely with kitchen towel. Keep aside for 1 hour until the dough doubles up.
After 1 hour,Take the dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for 10 -12 miunte
Then take one baking tray and greas with oil, take lemon size ball and roll it make thin crust pizza and place on baking tray to hole the help of fork.
Then spread the pizza sauce, tomato sauce and top with cheese ,all veggies, sweet corn, Olives and sprinkle with oregano and red chili flakes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 12-15 mins
