Nutritious Sorghum Flour – Cheese spread – Pizza

Nutritious Sorghum Flour Cheese Spread Pizza is a wholesome, gluten-free alternative to traditional pizzas, featuring a crispy base made from sorghum (jowar) flour. Rich in fiber, protein, and essential minerals, sorghum flour gives the crust a slightly nutty flavor and a light, airy texture. The pizza is topped with a creamy, protein-packed cheese spread, fresh vegetables, and a blend of herbs for added flavor. Baked to perfection, this nutritious pizza offers a delicious balance of crunch, creaminess, and health, making it a great option for those looking for a gluten-free, fiber-rich, and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Sorghum Flour flat bread
  • 2 tbsp Cheese spread
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Pizza seasoning as required
  • 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • Chilli Flakes as required
  • 2 cubes Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Cow Ghee

Instructions

  1. In a plate take prepared flat bread of The Fresh Start wellness cafe's Sorghum Flour. Apply Cheese spread on it. Now spread pizza sauce on it.

  2. Heat the pan. Grease it with Cow Ghee. Now keep Sorghum Flour flat bread on it. Now add onion, capsicum on it.

  3. Now spread grated cheese on it. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and Pizza seasoning on it. Simmer the gas, cover it with lid and cook for 2 to 3 min till cheese melts.

     

    Serve Hot and Enjoy!
