Ingredients
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 150 gms foxtail millet flakes
  • 2 Bananas
  • 6 pieces Cashew
  • 5 pieces Almond
  • 5 pieces Dates
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Powder milk
  • You can use as many other fruits of your choice
Instructions
  1. Take Lukewarm milk 1bowl (big size) and add millet flakes 150gm
  2. Then put 1 sliced banana, 2-3 slice dates, slice almond, cashew, 1tbsp honey, 1tbsp powder milk
  3. Mix it well and its done
