Little Millet Paneer Rice is a wholesome and flavorful dish that combines the nutrient-rich little millet with soft, protein-packed paneer (Indian cottage cheese). First wash little Millet and sock it for 10 minutes.
Now, heat Oil in the Pan, add water, when water is boiled add millet and salt cook for 2 or 3 minutes in medium flame. now turn off gas and put millet aside.
When the millet is completely cool, heat a pan, heat oil, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chili and sauté it.
Now add carrots, cabbage and sauté it till it is very soft.
Now add paneer and mix well. now add millet and mix well.
Now paneer rice is ready.
