Little millet curd rice

Little Millet Curd Rice is a wholesome, comforting dish that combines the nutritional richness of little millet with the probiotic goodness of curd (yogurt). Ingredients

  • 1 cup little millet
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • A few pomegranate pearls
  • as needed Salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 5 cashews
  • 1 red chilly
  • 1 bunch curry leaves
  • Required fresh daniya

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice until well cooked..

  2. Mix curd, salt, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, pomegranate pearls in boiled rice

  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, dry chillies, cashew, hing, curry leaves fry it.. add in curd rice.

  4. Now ready to serve..
