Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cup foxtail flakes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 7 curry leaves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp fried peanuts
  • 3 tbsp boiled peas
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 chopped green chillies
Instructions
  1. First wash the jowar, bajra, ragi flakes in a strainer and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, curry leaves chopped green chilies, grated ginger and sauté few seconds then add chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder and fry them on low flame. Now add grated carrots mix it well and cook.

  3. Once cooked then add soaked flakes and mix it then add fried peanuts and boiled peas mix it and cook on low flame.

  4. Once mixed everything properly, lastly add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  5. Flakes Poha is ready.
